From doing this task I have learnt how gender is represented in different genres and their music videos. I have learnt that it is stereotypical of Rap artists to use women in their videos. The women in the video are normally being objectified. This means that they are only there for people usually males, to look at. I have learnt that some rock videos don't need woman in their videos as they usually focus on the performance of the song rather than the narrative. For example in the Dani California music video we do not see woman we can only see men wearing different outfits. This has been done to make the video seem more interesting and more than just a performance video.
